The regular meetings of the Board shall be held on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 PM, at the Town Hall, except for those instances when the first Monday of the month falls on a holiday. In that event, the regular meeting of the Board shall be held the following day at 7:00 p.m., at the Town Hall, unless otherwise designated by the Board.

Elections are held bi-annually to elect the Mayor and three of the six Aldermen. Aldermen run for terms of four years.
