The Town Council of Franklin, NC holds monthly meetings on the first Monday of each month at 6:00 PM, in the Board Room at Town Hall. Exceptions are instances when the first Monday of the month falls on a holiday. In that event, the regular meeting of the Town Council is held following day at 6:00 p.m., in the Town Hall, Board Room, unless otherwise designated by the Town Council.
