Vice Mayor Joe Collins

Joe Collins has served on the Franklin Town Council since 2015. Mr. Collins holds a Bachelors of Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated the J.D. Campbell Law School in 1987. Alderman Collins is a practicing attorny in Franklin, NC. He and his wife Pam have 3 children, Ward, Hobe, and Sara.
