Town Administration coordinates and oversees the activities of all Town Departments, provides direct staff assistance to the Mayor and Town Council, establishes the financial and budget management process for the Town, and directs the Town's efforts to plan for the future. Staff members perform research, suggest public policy development and direction for the Council and evaluate potential public programs. The Administrative Services offices include the Town Manager, Town Clerk, Human Resources, Finance, Tax Collections and Planning.
